This study aims to analyze the role of school stakeholders in managing the risk of declining students’ religious discipline at SMP Plus Bakti Nusantara 666, with a focus on the forms of risk, preventive mechanisms, and school responses to deviations in religious behavior. This study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, involving the vice principal for curriculum and a teacher as the main informants. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the management of religious discipline operates through two interrelated mechanisms. Preventive mechanisms are implemented through structured religious habituation, including the 5S practice, congregational Dhuha and Dhuhr prayers, Qur’anic recitation, the One Day One Line program, TTQ activities, and habituation of proper conduct in daily school life. Responsive mechanisms consist of verbal warnings, monitoring by the student affairs division, guidance and counseling interventions, and parental involvement when students’ behavior does not improve. The findings demonstrate that stakeholders perform different but complementary functions in preventing, detecting, and addressing potential declines in students’ religious discipline. These mechanisms can be understood as risk management practices embedded in school activities, although they have not been formalized into a documented risk management system. The study highlights the importance of stakeholder synergy, consistent habituation, and tiered responses in maintaining religious culture and students’ discipline.
